INOVEXA Technologies is a Bangladesh-based supplier of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking equipment, enterprise servers, storage solutions, PC MikroTik Router Servers, network adapters, fiber optic products, enterprise memory, RAID controllers, and other data center hardware.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or communicating with our sales team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information on our website are accurate.

5. Quotations

Products without listed prices require a quotation request.

Quotation prices:

• Are subject to stock availability.
• May change after expiration.
• Do not constitute a confirmed order until accepted by both parties.

INOVEXA reserves the right to revise or withdraw any quotation before acceptance.

6. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order or quotation request does not automatically create a purchase agreement.

Orders become confirmed only after:

• Product availability is verified,
• Payment terms are agreed upon,
• And confirmation is provided by our sales team.

INOVEXA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

7. Custom-Built Systems

Custom-built products, including:

• PC MikroTik Router Servers
• Custom Enterprise Servers
• Customized hardware configurations

are assembled according to customer requirements.

Because these products are built specifically for individual customers:

• Configuration changes may not be possible after confirmation,
• Cancellation may not be accepted after assembly begins,
• Advance payment may be required.

8. Payment

Payment methods and instructions will be communicated during order confirmation.

Orders may require:

• Full payment,
• Partial advance payment,
• Or other mutually agreed payment arrangements.

Products remain the property of INOVEXA Technologies until full payment has been received.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

• Customs clearing,
• Supplier availability,
• Public holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products at the time of delivery before accepting them from the courier.

Any shipping damage, missing items, visible defects, or Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy. Failure to inspect the product upon delivery may affect eligibility for certain claims where permitted by applicable law.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product.

Warranty information is provided:

• Or at the time of order confirmation.

Warranty does not cover:

12. Returns & Refunds

Custom-built or specially ordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by warranty or law.

However, customers are responsible for ensuring that chosen products meet their operational requirements.

Our technical guidance does not constitute official engineering certification or project approval.

14. Intellectual Property
